Welcome to Noir Culture. By accessing or using our website, participating in our programs, or attending our in-person sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Noir Culture

Noir Culture is a nonprofit business incubator based in Boston, dedicated to empowering youth of color (ages 13–18) from underserved communities through entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and access to resources, both online and in-person.

Eligibility & Membership

By participating in our programs or attending in-person meetings, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old or have parental/legal guardian permission.

  • You have legal authority to agree to these terms.

  • You have paid the $25 annual membership fee required to access Noir Culture’s programs and resources.

Use of Website & Content

All materials on this website—including content, graphics, and downloadable resources—are the property of Noir Culture unless otherwise noted. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or share content without written permission or misuse any application or program materials.

Program Participation & Conduct

Participation in Noir Culture’s programs and events requires compliance with program guidelines and respectful behavior. By joining, you agree to:

  • Meet eligibility and membership requirements.

  • Attend scheduled classes, workshops, and mentorship meetings.

  • Follow our codes of conduct and contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

Donations & Membership Fees

Donations to Noir Culture are voluntary and non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Membership fees ($25 annually) are required to participate in our programs and are non-refundable. We process payments securely through trusted third-party services and do not store full payment details.

Privacy

Your use of our site and participation in programs is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Liability

Noir Culture is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our website, participation in programs, or attendance at in-person events. All materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties.

Termination & Suspension

Noir Culture reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs or events for violations of these terms or misconduct.
