Mentor Application
Mentorship is at the heart of our mission. As a mentor with Noir Culture, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people of color in Boston’s underserved communities. Our program pairs students (ages 13–18) with experienced professionals of color who can offer not only business knowledge, but also cultural understanding, encouragement, and real-world insight.
Being a mentor means guiding a student through their journey of building a business—from learning the basics to pitching to investors. It also means showing them that success is possible, no matter where they come from. This is more than a professional relationship—it’s a long-term commitment to helping shape future leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.
If you're passionate about giving back, breaking cycles of poverty, and empowering the next generation of Black and Brown innovators, we invite you to apply and be part of something transformational.
