Membership
Noir Culture Membership - $25 Annually
An annual membership fee of $25 provides access to a transformative youth development program designed to nurture creativity, leadership, and opportunity. Membership does not guarantee placement in the Business Incubator Program.
Programs are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters, with Summer programming launching soon.
Membership Includes:

Access to a safe, welcoming community space for youth ages 13 to 18

Community center environment focused on creativity, learning, and personal growth

Research Lab where students identify issues in their neighborhoods, research root causes, and explore ways to create positive change to implement back in their community

Gym access and exposure to sports and wellness activities

Art room for creative expression

Design Lab for prototype and product development including fashion, woodshop, 3D printing, STEM-based projects, and more

Technology lab for digital learning and skill building

Cafeteria space with student-led cooking and life skills labs

Homework and lounge areas for studying, collaborating on side projects, relaxing, and building student organizations

Limited summer internship opportunities for students outside of the incubator program

For students ages 13 to 15 who are accepted into the Business Incubator, the membership fee covers program participation
Once accepted, students gain access to a deeper, structured entrepreneurship experience designed to turn ideas into real businesses.

Hands-on business courses covering law, economics, finance, marketing, and operations

Product and service development from idea to prototype

Mentorship from accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs of color

Networking opportunities with professionals, peers, and community partners

Field trips that expose students to a wide range of career paths and industries

Student-led clubs that encourage leadership, collaboration, and ownership

Summer internships beginning in Year 2 of the program
This structure allows Noir Culture to serve both aspiring entrepreneurs and students seeking a safe, enriching community space while building pathways to leadership, opportunity, and long-term success.
