What Sets Noir Culture Apart
Noir is dedicated to empowering overlooked students of color in underserved neighborhoods by helping them create their own businesses and build wealth. It teaches them how to manage their businesses and finances, with a focus on sustaining long-term growth and generational wealth. The ultimate goal is for these students to thrive, while reinvesting their products and services back into their communities, fostering local economic growth and creating more businesses and products made by people who look like them.

Invest in the Future with Noir Cultures
At Noir Cultures, we believe the future of our communities starts with the dreams of our youth. That’s why we’re building a nonprofit business incubator designed specifically for children of color aged 13 to 15 in low-income areas of Boston. Our mission is simple but bold: equip young minds with the tools, mentorship, and resources to build their own businesses, and their own futures.
Over the course of 3 to 4 years, students will receive comprehensive, hands-on education in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, business law, and the principles of generational wealth. They’ll be paired with mentors, local leaders and successful entrepreneurs of color, who will support them throughout the program and beyond. By the final phase, these young visionaries will be actively developing their own ventures, connecting with investors, and learning how to navigate the real-world challenges of entrepreneurship.
