Support Young Entrepreneurs

Join Our Program

Our program aims to empower young entrepreneurs of color ages 13 to 15 by providing them with the necessary skills and resources to kickstart their own ventures. Click here to learn more about our impact and what we offer below!

What Sets Noir Culture Apart

Noir is dedicated to empowering overlooked students of color in underserved neighborhoods by helping them create their own businesses and build wealth. It teaches them how to manage their businesses and finances with a focus on sustaining long term growth and generational wealth. The ultimate goal is for these students to thrive while reinvesting their products and services back into their communities, fostering local economic growth and creating more businesses and products made by people who look like them.

Alongside the business incubator, Noir also offers community centered spaces including creative labs, a research lab, and a gym that support skill building, innovation, wellness, and hands on learning for all students in the broader program.

Noir's Business Road Map

But we can’t do it without you!

Your donation directly supports:

• Hands-on business, financial, and legal education for underserved youth

• Long-term mentorship from professionals and entrepreneurs who reflect students’ lived experiences

• Startup support for student-led ventures, including pitching, seed funding exposure, and investor connections

• Workshops on generational wealth, financial stability, and breaking cycles of poverty

• Real-world experience building, branding, and launching businesses from idea to execution

• Networking opportunities with local businesses, community leaders, and organizations

• Access to creative and technical resources, including design labs, technology tools, and prototyping equipment

• Safe, supportive spaces that promote confidence, leadership, and personal growth

Beyond the incubator, Noir Culture operates as a community-centered space, providing students daily access to a gym, art room, and design lab, along with year-round workshops for youth outside the incubator program. We also house a Research Lab where students examine challenges in their neighborhoods, explore root causes, and develop solutions that create meaningful community change.

This isn’t just about starting businesses, it’s about building confidence, ownership, and legacy. Your support helps transform a young person’s idea into real opportunity and strengthens the future of our communities.
