What Sets Noir Culture Apart

Noir is dedicated to empowering overlooked students of color in underserved neighborhoods by helping them create their own businesses and build wealth. It teaches them how to manage their businesses and finances with a focus on sustaining long term growth and generational wealth. The ultimate goal is for these students to thrive while reinvesting their products and services back into their communities, fostering local economic growth and creating more businesses and products made by people who look like them.

Alongside the business incubator, Noir also offers community centered spaces including creative labs, a research lab, and a gym that support skill building, innovation, wellness, and hands on learning for all students in the broader program.

Invest in the Future with Noir Cultures

At Noir Culture, we are building a nonprofit business incubator designed to empower youth of color ages thirteen to fifteen in low income communities across Boston. Our mission is to equip young people with the tools, mentorship, and confidence to build their own businesses and shape their futures through hands on learning.

Over a three to four year journey, students receive education in entrepreneurship, financial literacy, business law, and generational wealth while being paired with mentors who are entrepreneurs and professionals of color. As students progress, they develop real business ideas, create prototypes, and learn what it takes to launch and sustain a venture.

Beyond the incubator, Noir Culture will operate as a community centered space offering access to a gym, art room, design lab, and creative workshops for youth across the broader program. Students will also participate in a research lab where they explore issues affecting their neighborhoods, identify solutions, and learn how to apply their ideas to create meaningful community impact.
