Noir's Business Incubator Application
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for Noir Culture’s Business Incubator Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be ages 13 to 15 throughout the program

Identify as a Student of Color

Resident of Boston
-
Demonstrate a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and business
-
Willing to commit to 3 to 4 years of program participation

Able to attend afterschool sessions Tuesday through Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM
-
Open to collaborative learning, group work, and community engagement
-
Ready to engage in hands-on projects, presentations, and business development
-
Available to participate in field trips, summer internships (after Year 2), and final pitch events
We welcome students from all educational backgrounds, whether in traditional public schools, charter schools, or alternative learning environments.
Note: This program is highly selective and requires long-term commitment. Please apply only if you're fully dedicated to the entrepreneurial journey.

Don't meet the requirements?
Our organization is just starting and growing, and while you may not meet the current requirement (ages 13–15), there’s more coming soon for ages 13 to 18! Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop as we expand our offerings. We’ll be launching select teen classes (mostly on Mondays during the school year), summer programs, community space, and volunteer opportunities as we grow.


Program Structure
Our multi-year business incubator equips students with real-world skills taught in college-level business programs, preparing them to launch and grow their own ventures.
What You’ll Learn

Business Foundations: Understand the laws and legal structures behind starting and running a business.

Management Skills: Learn to manage finances, marketing, operations, and strategy.

Entrepreneurial Skills: Develop business plans, build your brand, and engage in customer development.

Investor Readiness: Pitch to investors and communicate your vision effectively.
Program Timeline
Years 1–2: Focus on building foundational business knowledge and refining your business ideas, while exploring careers.
Years 3–4: Actively develop your product or service, exploring college & careers, then culminating in a final showcase.
Note: Even if your business isn’t fully launched by the end of the program, you’ll continue receiving guidance and mentorship to help bring your vision to life.
